Tracker Software Technologies (also known as TST) offers a SaaS platform to safeguard business travel, as well as implement a remote working strategy for your company.
Established in 2015 by CEO and Founder, Liam Brennan, Tracker Software Technologies (Ireland) Ltd has grown to become a trusted global partner to many international corporations.
ECA International were an early strategic investor in and have since taken a majority stake in the company in July, 2021. TST is 100% controlled by ECA International and our Founder and CEO, Liam Brennan.

Liam Brennan
Chief Executive Officer
Liam devised the Tracker product and has over 25 years experience in Relocation, Travel Technology and Internet products. He manages the company and leads the development of the client base and technical feature set.
His focus is on the ever changing mobility landscape and his education in Psychology and a Masters in Business Administration helps him understand client company culture and how the Tracker products can enhance their management of this growing business problem.
Brian Curtin
Head of data protection & security
Brian Curtin is Head of our Information Security Department. Brian has been working in the information Security field for 15 plus year. He has extensive experience providing customer focused security services to Fortune 100 corporate clients from multiple industries sectors.
Brian is a certified ISO27001 and ISO22301 Lead implementor with direct experience in implementing such standards. He has extensive knowledge in GDPR and the Data Privacy environment, IT service delivery and project management.
Amanda Ward
Head of Operations
Amanda, is a British national who is currently based in America. As Head of Operations, she implements and manages the corporate processes to ensure the TST operation works seamlessly.
Before joining the company, Amanda spent more than 20+ years working in various roles across the global relocation industry including assignments in Moscow, Russia and Singapore.
Alex Duller
CTO
Alex Duller is the CTO and software architect of the Tracker Software Technologies Platform. Alex has concentrated on building a product that allows the Research teams and Subject Matter Experts manage the day to day activities on the platform in a way that minimises draw on developer resource and maximises productivity and Rules Engine enhancements. Alex deploys the latest innovations in software and hasn’t been known to say ‘No’ yet.
Tom Crosby
Head Of Sales
Tom Crosby leads the Consulting, Account Management and Marketing activities for TST. Tom has been working in the Mobility and Compliance industry since leaving University and has lived abroad ‘On Assignment’ in the Middle East.
He brings the experience of supporting the Global Mobility programmes of some of the world’s largest companies in previous roles. Tom is a well-known face in European mobility-circles and is often found speaking at Business Travel and Global Mobility-related events across Europe and the US.
Jeanette Ryan
Head of Research, Tax & Immigration
Jeanette Ryan is Head of our Research department. Jeanette has been working in the Tax and Immigration field for 20 years. Her experience crosses multiple jurisdictions and includes immigration and tax application processing and the provision of technical and compliance advice from large multinational corporations to small indigenous companies and private individuals. Before joining TST, Jeanette worked for a ‘Big Four’ tax firm for 9 years and spent 5 years working in two global immigration firms in London. Jeanette is an AITI Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA).
Andrew Shaw
Director & Group Chief Executive, ECA International
Andrew Shaw is Managing Director of ECA International, a global leader in the provision of knowledge, information and technology to the Global Mobility industry. ECA helps companies manage compensation and benefits for their short-term, long-term or permanent international workers around the world. Before joining ECA in 2013, Andrew spent more than 20 years in senior commercial roles at the Associated Press, PRS for Music and Liberty Global, including 5 years on assignment in Tokyo, Japan.
